for Hot Night at City Hall
Celebrate the beautiful spring weather with a Hot Night of Tango and Blues dancing at the swanky and sultry City Hall Night Club on June 9th.
This month Rachael DeMers will be our Blues instructor. Rachael has an extensive dance background, is one of the best Blues dance instructors out there, and is highly celebrated in Denver. She travels on the national circuit to dance, compete, and teach, and has placed in the top three at several national Blues dance competitions. Rachael has a genuine passion for teaching every level of social dancer and is excited to share her knowledge and love for dance with those who would like to learn.
Jeffrey Brenman and Carol Morris will be teaching our Tango class. Jeff and Carol have been dancing Tango for 15 plus years, and have studied with countless world class instructors, including Gustavo Naveira and Giselle Anne, Javier Rochwarger, Julio Balmaceda and Corina De La Rosa, Jaimes Friedgen and Christa Rodriguez, and Nick Jones and Diana Cruz, among others. They draw on their experience as students of these masters as well as their years on the social dance floor (dancing Tango and other dances) to bring an accessible, intelligent and enjoyable approach to beginning Tango.
